Our oceanfront park is located in Maine’s most sought after vacation region and is easily accessible from both Coastal Route 1 and Route 1A (from Bangor and US Route 95). We are located on Route 184, eight miles south of Ellsworth, and there are signs to direct you right to the park. The park provides easy access to seaside towns, rock bound islands, lighthouses and more. At Lamoine, visitors enjoy camping, boating, fishing, and simple relaxation in a beautiful site which is a quite alternative to the crowds of Mount Desert Island. Our central location makes Lamoine the perfect choice for vacationers who wish to be close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, and still enjoy a semi-wild camping experience.
