Locally owned by Jimmie and Elizabeth Awalt since 1985, Timberland Acres is a modern park with paved roads and easy access pull through sites. We have 232 sites on 16 acres of beautiful wooded land so each campsite has plenty of privacy. 172 sites are full hookup, 48 offer water and electricity, with the remaining 12 sites for tenting. A large area is available to use for group activities. Picnic tables are on each site and campfires are available on most. The RV Park has a separate laundry room, a bath house, and a dumping station. For recreation we offer Wi-Fi, a playground, shuffleboard, horseshoes, an arcade, recreation room, pavilion, swimming pool, and planned activities throughout the camping season to include bingo, Children’s Day, July 4th decorating contest, game nights, various suppers and pancake breakfasts free to all campers. Complementary Sunday papers are offered. For your convenience, propane, ice, firewood and RV supplies are sold on site. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from gift shops, grocery stores, restaurants and many large chain stores.
