Southern Maine's Largest RV and Camping Show

The Maine Campground Owner's Association is pleased to announce The Vacationland RV and Camping Show, to be held March 31st and April 1st, 2012 at the Portland Sports Center .

This facility is located on Warren Avenue in Portland, just off Exit 48 (formerly Exit 8) directly behind Joker's Family Fun 'n' Games. The facility boasts 45,000 square feet of space with no poles or obstructions and a 14 ft. high access door. With more than double the exhibit space of similar shows, there is ample opportunity to market any RV product.

To ensure your success, the Maine Campground Owner's Association plans to do extensive TV and Radio advertising. We have plans for newspaper ads, posters, and a banner visible from the Maine Turnpike. Flyers, discount tickets, a direct mail piece to several thousand Maine campers, e-mail notices to thousands more interested camping enthusiasts, and the backing and promotion by our 210 member campgrounds are all in the works to make this a successful show.

Adjacent to the exhibit hall is a family-style restaurant and sports pub called "Turfs." Also next door is Joker's 20,000 square foot indoor, fun-filled place for kids. These two facilities will help provide a more relaxed and complete experience for families and perhaps a greater opportunity for RV dealers and campground owners to make a sale.
